Composition :
The outer shell of the bus duct is made of extruded aluminum profiles, which comply with the IEC60439-2 industry standard. The shell can be used as a PE wire, and the protection level of the bus duct is IP3X or above: 100A, 160A, 250A, 320A, 400A, 500A, 600A The bus duct can be conveniently added, reduced, or replaced with plug-in box units at any position as needed, plug and play, and online plugging and unplugging of plug-in boxes can be achieved without power outage.
Features
Protective grounding
An independent grounding copper bar is installed on the top surface of the busbar, which is more reasonable. In addition, copper bars and aluminum magnesium alloy shells can serve as composite protective grounding conductors, making safety protection more reliable.
Security performance
Due to the placement of the grounding copper bar on the top surface, it ensures that when the plug is inserted into the busbar, the grounding contact block contacts the grounding bar first, and then the conductive contact block contacts the conductive bar; When removing the plug, ensure that the contact block is disconnected from the conductor first and then from the grounding wire, which is safer.
Insulation protection
The busbar has higher insulation safety, and the insulation protection of the conductive busbar adopts dual insulation protection of insulation material insulation and air insulation.
Busbar structure
The product has a simple structure, easy component processing, no special requirements for copper materials, and low manufacturing costs.
Bus connection
Simple and convenient, no need for specialized tools. The operation is intuitive, the connection is stable and reliable, and the technical requirements for installation workers are not high, saving the cost of purchasing specialized tools and reducing installation costs.
Data cable layout
A cable tray is installed at the bottom of the busbar to facilitate the layout of monitoring data cables.
Heat dissipation
The large area of conductive copper bars in contact with air improves the heat dissipation effect of the conductive copper bars.
