Product usage environment:
1. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃, not be lower than -5 ℃, and the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃. If it exceeds, the capacity shall be reduced according to the actual situation for operation;
2. Indoor use: The altitude of the usage location shall not exceed 2000m;
3. When the relative temperature of the surrounding air is+40 ℃, it should not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, a larger relative temperature is allowed, such as 90% at+20 ℃. It should be considered that condensation may occur accidentally due to temperature changes;
4. When installing the device, the slope with respect to the vertical plane should not exceed 5 ℃, and the entire cabinet row should be relatively flat (in accordance with GBJ232-82 standard);
5. The device should be installed in a place without severe vibration and impact, and where there is insufficient corrosion to the electrical components;
6. Users with special requirements can negotiate with the manufacturer to resolve them.
Structural features:
The basic cabinet frame of this series of products is a combination assembly structure. All structural components of the cabinet frame are firmly connected to each other through screws to form a basic frame. Then, doors, baffles, partitions, drawers, installation brackets, busbars, and electrical components need to be added to assemble into a complete switchgear. This cabinet has the following characteristics:
1. The cabinet frame is made of shaped steel, positioned using three-dimensional angle plates, and bolted to a non welded structure to avoid welding deformation and stress, thereby improving installation accuracy.
2. The installation holes of the bar frame and components vary according to the modulus E=200mm;
3. The internal structure is treated with galvanizing, and the external structure is treated with acid washing and phosphating, followed by electrostatic epoxy powder coating;
4. In the power center (PC) incoming cabinet, the top is the horizontal busbar area, and the lower part of the horizontal busbar area is the circuit breaker room. The circuit breakers can be configured with domestic DW15C, MB series, or various circuit breakers produced by foreign electrical companies according to user needs, such as ABB's F-series circuit breakers and intelligent circuit breakers.
In general, a PC unit with a flipping main circuit (including busbars) and a rated current of 630A~1600A occupies a cabinet with dimensions of 800 * 1000 * 2200 (width * depth * height). The main circuit without flipping occupies a cabinet with dimensions of 800 * 800 * 2000 (width * depth * height), and when the rated current is between 1600A~3150A, it occupies a cabinet with dimensions of 1000 * 800 * 2200 (width * depth * height).
The structure of the power center (PC) feeding cabinet is similar to that of the incoming cabinet. When the feeding current is between 630A and 1600A, a cabinet with dimensions of 1000 * 1000 * 2200 (width * depth * height) can accommodate two circuits, arranged vertically.
5. There are two types of motor control center (MCC) switchgear: wall mounted and non wall mounted. The top of the switchgear is a horizontal busbar area, and the bottom of the horizontal area is a drawer functional unit area. The width of this area is 600mm, and the height of the drawer functional unit installation area is 1840mm. When the cabinet is installed against the wall, the left part of the cabinet is the functional unit area, and there is a 200mm wide cable appearance area on the right part. The external dimensions of the cabinet are 800 * 500 * 2200 (width * depth * height). When the cabinet is installed away from the wall, the depth of the cabinet is 600mm, and the cable appearance area is 600 * 800 (1000) * 2000 (width * depth * height). There are two types of cabinet depths: 800 and 1000. We recommend that users choose a cabinet with a depth of 1000 to be consistent with the depth of the PC. When the drawer is pulled out of the cabinet, the live parts inside the cabinet are not exposed, which is safe and reliable.
6. The drawer function unit is mechanically interlocked with the door by the operating mechanism of the main switch. When the main switch is in the closed position, the door cannot be opened, and the operating mechanism can be locked in the closed or open position with an external lock. The functional unit compartments are separated by metal partitions, and the drawers have good interchangeability and have working, testing, and separation positions. When the drawer is pushed to a certain position, it automatically locates. At this time, the pull plate on the left side of the drawer can be moved to release the positioning and enter the next position. When the drawer is pulled out of the cabinet, it also has anti drop function.
7. The cabinet with fixed solutions such as capacitor compensation and metering has the same appearance and horizontal busbar position as the drawer cabinet, ensuring that the drawer and fixed cabinets can be used side by side.
8. Busbar system: The busbar of the cabinet adopts a three-phase five wire system. When the rated current of the horizontal busbar is below 1250A, a single busbar is used. When the rated current of the horizontal busbar is above 1250A, a double busbar is used. The horizontal busbar between cabinets is overlapped by connecting blocks. The vertical busbar is enclosed with galvanized sheet, and the internal partition is used to limit arc diffusion. The neutral busbar is set at the front of the cabinet top, and the protective busbar (PB) is set at the bottom of the cabinet and connected to the partition and door of the cabinet to ensure grounding continuity.
9. Natural ventilation windows are provided at the bottom and top of the switchgear without reducing the level of enclosure protection.
10. The protection level of the cabinet shell is IP40
